"I recently purchased a home in the Morgantown area. Victoria Shuman is the realtor who was instrumental in helping me with the process of buying the home, from beginning to end. Victoria is wonderful! When I first met Victoria, she asked me pertinent questions regarding what I was looking for. Victoria was patient and attentive in helping me find the house that met my criteria. It took around a year looking at different homes in the area before finally making a purchase. During this period, Victoria was extremely helpful and professional. She knows the area well and her input is invaluable. Purchasing a home can be a stressful undertaking, but Victoria eased the process by taking the time to patiently explain the steps and simplify the process. "My wife and I came to Zillow to help us find a realtor that would be able to sell our house quickly. Reading the reviews we ended up reaching out to Victoria based on what others had written… it is with great pleasure that I can now write my own review of our interaction with Victoria. During our initial visit with Victoria I asked her how long will it take to sell our home and she responded with 30-days… I was pleasantly surprised with the optimistic assessment. She then added a "but" in there and I thought this is where she says it will take much longer for your home. Once again to my surprise she responded with, it will be "Sold" in 30-days it will be under contract in less than 2 weeks. 100-hours later the house was under contract and a few short weeks later the home was sold. Victoria's optimism was actually her experience and realistic assessment clearly being demonstrated. My wife and I also ended up having to move for a new opportunity out of state a week after meeting with Victoria. She assured us that she would handle everything and that we didn't even have to come back for the closing. She not only handled the closing but also helped coordinate the contractors we needed to make some repairs on the home. I have never been more impressed with someone's customer service than the service my wife and I experienced with Victoria. If you are trying to find the right person to help sell or buy your home look no more… Victoria is your agent!"
